By using StillKeen, you agree to these terms.

1. What StillKeen is

StillKeen is a tool that helps tradespeople follow up on quotes automatically via AI-written emails. It's currently in early access and provided free of charge.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up
• You're responsible for the content of quotes and customer details you enter
• You're responsible for making sure you have the right to contact the customers you add (e.g. they're an existing lead or customer of yours)

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use StillKeen to:

• Send unsolicited marketing to people who haven't asked for it
• Enter false, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the service

4. No guarantees

StillKeen is provided "as is" during this early access period. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability
• That AI-generated email content will always be perfect — you're responsible for reviewing what's sent where accuracy matters
• Any specific business outcome from using the service

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect losses arising from your use of StillKeen (e.g. lost business, lost data). Nothing in these terms limits liability for things that can't be limited by law (like fraud or death/injury caused by negligence).

6. Changes and cancellation

• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms
• We may update these terms as StillKeen develops — we'll do our best to flag material changes
• You can stop using StillKeen and ask us to delete your data at any time
