StillKeen ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Lee Godwin, trading as StillKeen. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

What we collect

From businesses using StillKeen:

• Name, company name, email address
• Business name and phone number (if added in Settings)
• Details of quotes entered (customer name, email, amount)

From your customers (the people you send quotes to):

• Name, email address, and quote details you provide to us
• Used only to send the automated follow-up emails you've set up

Why we collect it

• To provide the StillKeen service — creating your account, sending follow-up emails on your behalf, showing you your dashboard
• To contact you about your account or respond to support requests

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Legal basis

• For businesses using StillKeen: performance of our contract with you
• For your customers' data: our legitimate interest in helping you follow up on quotes you've already sent them, and your existing business relationship with them

Who we share data with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run StillKeen:

• Supabase (database hosting)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Resend (sending emails)
• Anthropic (AI that writes follow-up email content)

These providers only process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep data

We keep account and quote data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after in case you want to return. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Stop processing your data

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
